Peppers Deli Franchise Systems, LLC, operator of a chain of three
deli-style restaurants, opened its first franchised location in
Hattiesburg, Miss.
The franchise was purchased in February 2003 by Beth and Clark Callahan
of Starkville, Miss. Sweet Peppers said it also has sold franchises
in Memphis, Tenn., and Little Rock, Ark.
