1. Competitive Salary With Annual Salary / Performance Reviews -- Your salary will be based on several factors such as experience, education, and references. The owners conduct annual reviews personally.

2. Monthly Bonus Program -- $300, 400, 500 plus. Our Bonus structure is easy to understand and attainable. There are different levels for different positions and you are rewarded for exceeding monthly budgets.

3. Health, Dental and Life Insurance (70/30) -- Quality health and dental insurance available to you and family members. 80% is paid by the company and 20% paid by the employee through a payroll deduct.

9. Closed New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

10. Harveys in Columbus, Starkville and Tupelo, The Cotton District Grill and Park Heights are closed on Sundays.
