MANAGEMENT BENEFITS:
1.
Competitive Salary With Annual Salary / Performance Reviews -- Your
salary will be based on several factors such as experience, education,
and references. The owners conduct annual reviews personally.
2. Monthly Bonus Program -- $300, 400, 500 plus. Our Bonus structure
is easy to understand and attainable. There are different levels for
different positions and you are rewarded for exceeding monthly budgets.
3. Health, Dental and Life Insurance (70/30) -- Quality health and dental
insurance available to you and family members. 80% is paid by the company
and 20% paid by the employee through a payroll deduct.
4. Two Weeks Paid Vacation -- One week each six months, you work six
months to obtain your first week off.
5. One of your Vacation Weeks at the Company Condo in Destin, FL (after
one year of service). Our managers really enjoy this benefit. The condo
is on the beach, heated pool, tennis courts and workout room. It is
a great family location.
6. 401 K Plan -- 35% Matching up to 4% of Your Income. The plan is administered
by Principle Financial -- You self direct the plan.
7. Meal Plan - $200 a Month -- This is an allowance for your shift meals.
8. A True Five Day / Fifty to Fifty Five Hour Work Week -- We will be
happy to provide names and phone numbers of our managers. Ask them about
it!
9. Closed New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Day
10. Harveys in Columbus, Starkville and Tupelo, The Cotton District
Grill and Park Heights are closed on Sundays.
