EAT WITH US ANNOUNCES NEW CORPORATE CHEF
Columbus, MS -- May 7, 2007
The Columbus, Mississippi based Eat With Us group of restaurants has added another culinary expert to their existing team of chefs on staff. Gregg Frazer has joined the EWU team as their corporate chef. "What we have in the center of our plates becomes more important with every restaurant we open. Gregg will help us continue to improve our restaurants' menu offerings to our patrons," stated John Bean, one of the founding partners of the Eat With Us Group. Gregg's background includes a bachelor's degree in Management, a Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, an MBA in Marketing and 14+ years of culinary experience.
Gregg has moved from San Diego, California to Columbus, Mississippi as he takes this new position. "When I made the decision to make a move from my position in California, I began researching restaurant groups all over the world. The Eat With Us Group of restaurants are at a great point in its expansion and I am excited to be a part of the team that will help take this company to the next level," stated Chef Frazer.
Currently the Eat With Us Group owns 13 restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast casual. The deli concept, Sweet Peppers Deli, is currently their only franchised concept. The company has 5 franchise owned units with 7 more in the site selection process. The restaurants are now located in Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama.
