RUFFINO
RESERVA DUCALE -- Chianti Classico,
1996, Italy
TASTING NOTES
By the time it is released, Riserva Ducale is a glorious blend of youth
and maturity, expressing ripe fruit aromas and tastes, as well as characteristics
such as leather and cedar, developed during aging. Its velvety texture,
full body and complexity mark it as a truly superior Chianti Classico
Riserva. Riserva Ducale is considered ready to be enjoyed once it is
released, although it certainly boasts sufficient structure for extended
aging.
