For those with a taste for salads, we offer our traditional
Òchef saladÓ. We take fresh tossed greens, add cucumbers, tomatoes,
ham and turkey, then cover with grated Wisconsin cheddar, grated Monterey
jack, croutons and a couple of salad peppers. The ÒchefÓ is served with
crackers and your choice of ranch, thousand island, bleu cheese, honey-mustard,
parmesan peppercorn or lite Italian dressing. Fat free dressings available
