CARNELL McGEE began working in the restaurant field at 15 years of age, holding positions as line supervisor, manager, kitchen manager and trainer. In 1985 he was trained at the Omelet Shop University Manager Training School. He has worked in a variety of national chain restaurants, and is well-versed in food production. He joined the Harveys culinary staff in 1991 at the Starkville location. |
