FISH BASTING OIL

1 cup Olive Oil Blend
1/2 lb Margarine, clarified
1 Tsp Garlic, granulated
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
2 Tsp Paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar, granulated
1/4 cup Vermouth, dry
6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1. Melt margarine in microwave.
2. Clarify by pouring clear liquid (oil) into bowl and discard the remaining water.
3. Whisk all ingredients together. Mix thoroughly to dissolve and combine.
4. Place in food storage container.
5. Label, date and refrigerate.
