LEMON HERB MARINADE
Yields 36 fl. oz.
1 qt. - oil blend
1/4 cup - lemon juice
1/4 cup - soy sauce
1/4 cup - kosher salt
1/4 cup - thyme-dry leaf
1 tbsp. - black pepper-ground
Procedure:
1. Whisk all ingredients together.
2. Toss with chicken -or-
3. Place in food storage container.
Label, date and refrigerate.
